Prizes

If 123Soccer offers any prize at all, this page explains what we promise and what we do not.

Last updated: 2026-05-31

1. Free to play. No purchase necessary.

123Soccer is free to play. There is no purchase necessary to enter, build a portfolio, make daily predictions, climb any leaderboard, or be considered for any prize that the operator may offer. No purchase or payment will improve your odds, accelerate your scoring, or change your ranking. There is no premium tier and no paid contest.

2. Prizes, if any, are subject to final official rules

Any prize that 123Soccer offers will be subject to final, lawyer-reviewed Official Rules. The contents of this page are informational and are not the Official Rules. No prize is currently promised, awarded, or guaranteed. If we publish Official Rules in the future, those rules — not this page — will govern the prize.

3. Eligibility

If 123Soccer ever offers a prize, we expect eligibility to require: (a) the participant has reached the legal age of majority in their local jurisdiction (in the United States, typically 18+; in some jurisdictions, 19+ or 21+); (b) the participant is not a resident of a jurisdiction excluded by applicable law or by the Official Rules; (c) the participant is not an employee, contractor, or immediate family of the operator. These criteria will be reviewed and finalised by qualified legal counsel before any prize is offered to the public.

4. Jurisdiction exclusions

If a prize is ever offered, a jurisdiction exclusion list will be published in the Official Rules. We expect exclusions to apply to jurisdictions where promotional prize draws, sweepstakes, or skill-based contests are restricted or require specific registration, including without limitation certain U.S. states (e.g. those with specific sweepstakes statutes), all jurisdictions where the participant is not of legal age, and EU/EEA member states that require specific notice or registration. This list is illustrative only.

5. How a prize would be chosen

If a prize is offered, the winner would be chosen from a deterministic snapshot of the relevant leaderboard at a deadline named in the Official Rules. Tie-breaks would apply in this order, unless the Official Rules say otherwise:

  • Highest total points in the relevant leaderboard scope.
  • Highest count of exact-score predictions for that scope.
  • Highest count of correct knockout-round picks.
  • Highest cumulative underdog/Wonder Pick points.
  • Earliest valid portfolio submission timestamp (if the product rules use submission order as a tie-break for that scope).
  • Random draw from the still-tied entrants, using an auditable random source (see §6).

6. Random draw audit trail

If a random draw is used to break a tie or to select winners from an eligible-entrant pool, the operator commits to a documented audit trail covering: who ran the draw, when (UTC timestamp), the random-source seed or named provider, the export of the eligible-entrant list used as input, and a signed log entry. The audit trail will be retained for a period to be set by the Official Rules.

7. Prize substitution and cancellation

If awarded, prizes may be subject to substitution with an item of equal or greater value, or to cancellation, in the operator's reasonable discretion or as required by applicable law. Specific substitution and cancellation language will be drafted by qualified counsel and included in the Official Rules before any prize is offered.

8. Taxes and reporting

Winners may be responsible for any taxes, withholdings, and reporting obligations applicable to their receipt of a prize in their jurisdiction. The operator may be required to collect winner information (e.g. name, address, taxpayer identification) before delivering a prize, and to report winnings to tax authorities where applicable. Specific tax and reporting language will be drafted by qualified counsel and included in the Official Rules.

9. Anti-fraud and disqualification

Participants engaged in fair-play violations as set out in the Terms of Service §4 — including multi-accounting, automation, scoring-engine tampering, exploit abuse, or fake-account creation — may be disqualified from any prize, and the operator may correct leaderboard rows and points retroactively.

10. No official affiliation

123Soccer is an independent fan prediction game. Any prize offered by the operator is a private promotion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, the FIFA World Cup 2026, any participating national federation, member association, broadcaster, or official tournament body.

11. Changes

The operator may add, remove, or change prize categories, eligibility, jurisdictions, tie-break rules, and audit-trail commitments before publishing any Official Rules.
