Responsible play

123Soccer is a free prediction game built to be fun for family and friends. This page is a guide — not medical or legal advice — to playing in a healthy way.

1. Free to play. Not gambling.

123Soccer is a free-to-play fantasy prediction game. There is no purchase, no entry fee, no wager, no deposit, and no payout. Nothing on this site is real-money gambling, sports betting, or a sweepstakes paid with cash. If anyone tells you otherwise, they are wrong — please flag it to support@123soccer.com.

2. Healthy-play guidance

Predictions are most fun when they fit the rest of your life. We suggest:

  • Set a routine. Most users only need a few minutes a day around match time.
  • Take breaks. Step away during international breaks or when the tournament is paused — your portfolio waits.
  • Keep it social. Invite family and friends to a private league (Mi Liga) and compare picks in person.
  • Don't chase points. Predictions lock at kickoff for a reason. Missing a day is fine; one missed match doesn't decide a tournament.
  • Talk about the game, not your rank. A leaderboard is a souvenir of the tournament, not a measure of you.

3. Family-friendly community standards

We want this site to feel welcoming to a wide age range and a wide range of cultures. Display names that include hate speech, harassment, slurs, sexually explicit content, or impersonation of other people may be removed and the underlying account suspended. See Terms of Service §3 for the full policy.

4. Support resources

If you or someone you know feels that any kind of game-playing — including but not limited to this site — is getting in the way of work, school, family time, sleep, or finances, talk to someone you trust and consider these free, public resources:

  • United States — National Council on Problem Gambling helpline: 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), 24/7, free and confidential. (Listed for general awareness; we are not affiliated with NCPG.)
  • México — CNCAA / Centro Nacional contra el Juego de Azar Problemático: see your local health authority for current contact numbers.
  • European Union — GamCare (UK), SOS Joueurs (FR), and equivalents in each EU/EEA member state.
  • Many countries have a public health hotline that can route mental-health and behavioural-support requests; if you don't know where to start, start there.

These resources are listed for general awareness. We are not affiliated with any of them. 123Soccer does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services in your country.

5. Account cooldown / self-exclusion

We offer cooldown and self-exclusion on request. If you would like to pause your account for a chosen interval, or to permanently exclude yourself, write to privacy@123soccer.com and we will disable your account.

6. Children and minors

123Soccer is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the higher age required by your local jurisdiction). Prize-related features (if any are ever offered) will require additional age and jurisdictional checks before they are enabled. Please supervise children using shared devices.

7. Privacy and contact

Questions about responsible play, or requests for account cooldown or deletion, can be sent to privacy@123soccer.com. Support questions go to support@123soccer.com.

8. No medical or legal advice

Nothing on this page is medical advice, psychological advice, or legal advice. It is a community-tone guide written by the team. For medical or legal questions, please consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
